“PCL supports are dependable and always there”.
-PCL Family member
Supported Living supports adults who live independently and need assistance to balance aspects of their life such as money management, self advocacy, and/or accessing support. The people we support live, work and socialize in fulfilling and productive ways by making their own choices with the advocacy of our team members by their side.
Supported Living services provide opportunities for people to live and participate independently within their community. The level of supports are based on the person’s preferences and needs as defined by the person, their family, and/or significant other. Supported Living provides assistance to balance aspects of people’s lives based on their Individual Support Plans (ISP) developed by the person and their ISP team.
