PCL SERVICES
From Salem to Eugene and Southern Oregon PCL offers a large variety of services for people with developmental disabilities. Many people we support even receive multiple types of services and we cater to the specific needs and the Individualized Support Plan (ISP) of each person.
An ISP is a written plan that details the support needs, activities and resources that are important to each person’s unique preferences. A team that includes, and is often led by, that person meets often or as needed to determine goals for that person and then puts a plan in place on how to meet those goals.

How People Live
We realize that “Services” can look different for everyone. PCL offers everything between 24 hour full time care in people’s homes to weekly visits and as needed. Our Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) are highly trained on everything from personal care and handling medicine, to grocery shopping, cooking and balancing a budget.

Community Programs
We believe that all people should be contributing and inclusive members of their community. It is in line with our mission of Expanding the Horizons and Enhancing the Quality of Life for Those we Support to help people find jobs and activities to be part of in their community.

Additional Services
A lot of moving parts go with living a meaningful life. We have teams that specialize in mental health and individual support needs.
